   We help our clients harness AI in practical ways—from ideas and concepts all the way to fully operational production solutions. Our customers range from SaaS companies to industrial and technology players, as well as select public-sector projects.

2. Venture Studio
   We build and develop new AI startups: funding them, fueling their growth, and managing operations from the ground up. Our goal is to introduce promising new AI companies to the market—boosting Softlandia’s impact across Europe and around the globe.

What Kind of Projects We Do?

At Softlandia, we don’t settle for theoretical exercises or throwaway Jupyter notebooks. We create solutions that have a real impact on our clients’ businesses. Every project is connected in some way to the practical application of AI. Here are a few examples of what we’ve delivered:

• Transforming SaaS Products into AI-Native Solutions

  • Updating analytics and reporting features for the AI era, including custom dashboards generated based on user input (text-to-dashboard).

• Information management, search/retrieval, indexing

  • Our Own GenAI SaaS Product – YOKOT.AI – used by dozens of companies to securely incorporate internal data and analyze it with various YOKOT.AI capabilities.

  • We leverage and advance technologies like the Qdrant vector database, enabling our clients to handle and retrieve massive data sets efficiently.

  • We developed the Vision RAG demo, which racked up 100,000 views on social media in a single post. Its open-source code has been warmly received on GitHub, garnering over 300 stars in a short time.

• Speech and Language Technology

  • Spogen.ai: a voice assistant for heavy machinery. Softlandia conceived and founded this startup, owning about 10% of it.

• Computer Vision and Imaging, Signal Processing, Sensor Fusion

  • We selectively take on computer vision and general image analysis projects.

  • We’ve also handled several signal processing and sensor fusion projects that demanded deep expertise.

  • Typically, these include some modern AI components.

• Open-Source Libraries and Software Frameworks

  • We’ve contributed to projects such as Llamaindex, Qdrant, Metaflow, and the Guardrails.ai library.

  • Our team has contributed to various other open-source projects as well

  • We collaborate closely with the main maintainers of many open-source projects.

Thanks to our extensive experience, we’re unafraid to take on challenging development initiatives. We openly publish our code and examples so the entire AI community can grow together.

• Spogen.ai (founded 3/2024): Softlandia’s idea that emerged as a speaking assistant for heavy machinery.

  • Spogen.ai won the Agri-INNO 2024 award

• YOKOT.AI: A GenAI SaaS solution for working with a company’s internal data.

• Vision RAG Demo: Achieved 100,000 views through a single social media post and hundreds of stars on GitHub.

• Contributions to Metaflow, Llamaindex, Qdrant, Guardrails.ai, and other smaller projects.

• Invited Speakers at dozens of events and even a TV show.

We’ve achieved all this in under three years, and our team continues to grow.

The Next Chapter: Aiming for a 50-Person Dream Team

In 2025, we plan to add 5–10 new experts to the team—and over the longer term, build an organization of 50 talented people who lead AI innovation in Europe and can compete with anyone, including in the U.S. Our Venture Studio will continue actively launching new AI startups: our goal is to found 2–5 new AI companies in 2025.

We already have two such startups in motion—one is based on Softlandia’s own AI concept, and the other comes from an external team’s idea. Both will be polished into fully formed products and businesses at Softlandia’s Venture Studio.
