Summarize and customize to YOUR needs

YOKOT.AI’s Summarization and Customization features are designed to boost your productivity and tailor your source data to your individual needs.

Our Summarization feature is a game-changer for processing extensive documents. It delivers concise summaries and extracts key points, allowing you to grasp the essence of the content without sifting through pages of text. This automated process is not only a time-saver but also enhances comprehension. You can further customize summaries by adding a description of your specific needs, and the output can be exported with just one click.

Our Customization feature offers a high degree of personalization for document creation. You can easily adjust the content, style, tone, and language to match your specific requirements. It’ll translate your documents or create a social media post based on your sources. The result is a document that perfectly suits your needs, with the added benefit of making on-the-fly adjustments and refinements. Just tweak your prompt and generate a new customization. The output can again be exported in your desired format.

Get started with Generation Flows

To get started with the Summarization and Customization features in YOKOT.AI, simply follow these steps:

1. Begin by uploading your source document. In the menu, locate the Data Management tab. Here, you can upload the document you wish to customize by dragging and dropping it into the designated area or by browsing your computer.

2. Navigate to Generation Flows. Choose whether you want to customize or summarize your document. Select the uploaded document and click “Start Customizing” or “Start Summarizing” respectively.

3. For customizations, write a description to guide the customization process. Be precise in describing the document's style, tone, and language so that you match your intended audience and writing preferences. For summarization, you can also fine-tune the summary by adding a description of your needs, though it’s optional. You can also enter a name for your new document.

4. One more click and you’re done! Upon completion, you have the option to copy the content or save it on your computer.
